7-day money-back guarantee

If Cutkaar isn't right for you, email assistant@laceai.in within 7 days of your order date with your order number. We'll refund the full amount you paid. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) through our payment provider. Once we process it, your bank may take 5–7 working days to show it.

After 7 days

Because Cutkaar is a digital download, requests after 7 days aren't covered by the guarantee. We'll still help with setup problems at any time: write to assistant@laceai.in.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or charged without getting a download link, email us and we'll fix it or refund the extra payment.
